- Priorities
- Committee believes that accelerators will remain an essential component of the program
- First priority is the US participation in the LHC
- Second is two fold
- US as a world leader for R&D on the ILC
- US bid to host the ILC
- No timetable established, when a design is ready, the US would/could want to build it.
- Report was favorable by the congress and the Secretary of Energy
- The future of particle physics will have to be international
